Withdrawals may be limited or suspended until verification is complete. Providing false or incomplete information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

- Claiming applicable bonus and promotional offers, subject to meeting the conditions.

Prohibited Activities
- Any attempt at fraud, deceptive behavior, or gaining unfair advantage.

- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus benefits.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play.
- Attempting to access another user's account.

- Gambling with third-party funds or managing another person's account.
Deposit & Payment Policy
09bet accepts deposits through popular mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to deposits:
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Using a third-party payment account is prohibited and such deposits may be returned.
- There may be a slight delay in processing deposit amounts due to network or payment gateway issues.
- If you experience any deposit-related issue, contact the support team immediately.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal Policy
The following rules must be followed when withdrawing funds from your account:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Processing a withdrawal request may take between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where applicable.
- Earnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus-related wagering requirements have been met.
- Withdrawals may be suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
- 09bet reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
09bet offers various bonuses and promotions. Please read the following terms carefully before using these offers:
Welcome Bonus
- 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Example: Deposit ৳28,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.
- Bonus wagering requirement: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit).
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus earnings can be withdrawn.
- Each new account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
General Bonus Terms
- Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time from the date the bonus is credited to the account.
- Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time — refer to the rules of the specific promotion.
- 09bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers without notice.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated earnings may be forfeited.
VIP Program
09bet's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier:
Advancement to a VIP tier is determined by your activity and participation on the platform. VIP benefits are for personal use and are non-transferable. 09bet reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time.
Responsible Gaming
